The Work Health Safety Inspection conducted by the MTA is a practical and hands on approach to WHS in your workshop.
Undertaken by a member of the Industrial Relations team, the WHS inspection is a comprehensive checklist approach, covering:
- Plant maintenance (incl. hoists and extinguishers)
- First aid
- Building and traffic management
- Staff training
- Risk assessments
- Emergency Evacuation procedures
At the end of the inspection your business will receive a compliance report with corrective actions which can be used as an action plan to address any non-compliance issues.
In addition, the WHS Inspection has been successfully utilised by both members and non-members to ensure they are compliant and prepared.
