Welcome to Raymond Abdilla, who has officially commenced his role as a Panel Trainer at the MTA.

With years of experience in the automotive industry, Raymond brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the MTA. He has an excellent track record of training individuals to become highly skilled technicians and is very keen to impart his knowledge on to the next generation.

In 1998, Raymond began his journey as a Panel Beater apprentice at the MTA. He has now come back full circle to the MTA after working in various crash shops, restoration shops and prestige shops. “I’m very eager to enlighten the apprentices and watch them grow and flourish as the next generation that’s enthusiastic about this exciting industry” Raymond said.

“Transferring knowledge and seeing the spark in an apprentice’s eyes when they learn something new is great. It keeps me going as I enjoy making a difference and seeing them grow.”
